A 35 year CE veteran, Nancy has held executive management positions in Legal, Financial, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development for a range of companies. She has been responsible for the final “voicing” of over 50 award-winning loudspeaker products. She’s a diehard Springsteen fan with over 240 shows to her credit, and as you can see has recently swooned in his presence.

In the last 35 years, Roy has been a retailer, engineer, principle and programmer since attending John Hopkins for electrical engineering. A lifelong lover of music and electronics, Roy is our Chief Engineer, providing engineering support for our brands, vetting new brands, and developing new products. In his free time, he can be found catching up on the latest Formula One races.

Stephen is a 30 year veteran of AV manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing, his joy is the planning, distributing and retailing of high performance AV goods. Stephen played large roles in driving Hitachi Canada and Totem Acoustic USA to record sales and in launching a highly successful California Rep Firm. He was also the Owner/Operator of a successful Calgary AB. HiFi Boutique for years. His passion for high performance audio and quality Reps and Dealers makes him an ideal fit for VANA’s portfolio of high end brands.

Justin spent the last 10 years in the family's retail and custom integration firm. His focus on organizational management, business processes, and web presence makes sure VANA is running efficiently and effectively. Justin brings a pragmatic and results-driven strategic vision to the team. As an unrelenting “digital native,” Justin is continually challenging the status quo in luxury audio distribution.
James has spent the last 40 years as owner of a successful HiFi retail and custom integration firm serving Long Island and New York City. His wealth of industry experience and business acumen will provide direction to VANA's vision and focus. James knows what today's retailer needs in a distribution and vendor partner.
